Rendering for pages ending with / and not ending with slash #78

http://example.org/hallo should be rendered to hallo.html
http://example.org/hallo/ should be rendered to hallo/index.html

We also have to clarify, what happens to the resources http://example.org/hallo.html and http://example.org/hallo/index.html

I think they should also be mapped as follows

http://example.org/hallo.html to hallo.html
http://example.org/hallo/index.htmlto hallo/index.html

but we should add this special case to the README
