I've added another commit with some changes.

I don't like the sentence about orphaned resources so far:

To render resources with a fragment identifier without a rendered `superResource`, set `render_orphaned_uris` to `true`.

Is the render_orphaned_uris feature still active? Maybe the render_orphaned_uris feature should be documented separately.

Remove the render_orphaned_uris lines. This feature will be removed and streamlined in a future release. See #82.
