SameAs Linking is not working correctly #31

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Navigate to "Linking" -> "sameAs Linking".
2. Now choose a export graph.
3. No concepts are displayed in the second drop down.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected output is that after selecting an export graph the second drop 
down displays concepts of this graph that then can be linked using sameAs.

Right now if you choose an export graph, the second drop down does not change 
its contents.

Only after you navigate to a different link, for example "Extraction & Loading" 
-> "Upload RDF file or RDF from URL" and navigate back to sameAs Linking the 
drop down changes its contents.
