Add a README to NuGet package #33

NuGet.org is going to support README files linked in the package (see the announcement). So far this feature is in preview (in .NET SDK 5.0.300 preview, NuGet 5.10 preview 2).

Once it's released, the current README file needs to be added to the NuGet package.
