Hello, Are you still using the keyboard layout shown here ? Are you satisfied with it ? I would like to try to learn a new layout. I use a split keyboard and I type a lot in Polish.

Greetings, Jerzy

Hi, yes I do use it daily. I'm satisfied, you can also check this discussion: https://github.com/binarybottle/engram/issues/46 Although this layout is not considered best by algorithms, I think it's just well-thought and more designed for comfort of typing than speed (just optimal imho). I will update repo with my latest changes that I use.

Hi, Thanks a lot for adding version 5 (final) to the repository. I attach the following files:

Unfortunately, MSKLC (Microsoft Keyboard Layout Creator) no longer works on the latest Windows. I use a third-party application AutoHotKey instead https://www.autohotkey.com/

Best, Jerzy

I use a split orthogonal 36-key keyboard. I use ISO/ANSI keyboards occasionally. That's why I made this modification, because some keys were "escaping" from my fingers. This is how my keyboard layout looks like FWYR5

Hi, sorry for a bit late reply. Thanks for your contribution. Btw, do you have any suggestions what I can eventually improve in layout? Also can you recommend a good split keyboard? I think about buying one for myself.

On the subject of split keyboards, I'd be happy to talk, as it's a broader topic. Here is my email sp5npw (at) gmail.com

As for the improvements, it's hard for me to comment because I don't have much experience with this layout yet. I am an enthusiast of it and am just learning it.

The FWYR layout in your version can already be selected on one of the web pages for learning touch typing: https://www.keybr.com/pl/index

Greetings, Jerzy

PS I also rarely look here, so forgive the delay in replying.
