• Todo:

  • [ ] - illustration alt should remain empty
  • [ ] - Screen reader should read out "Close and decline cookies" when the close button is in the focus
  • [ ] page should be inert when modal is open
  • [ ] modal should have focus trapping
  • [ ] Tooltip should appear on hover & focus

Remove "close" button and tooltip
