Add a port arg to `schematic2layout.py` #1320

This argument will help invoke GUI from the docker containers.

This PR is ready to merge. I have added a --port option to schematic2layout.py. This will help invoke the ALIGN GUI from inside a docker container. @soneryaldiz @kkunal1408
