spro with NIST vs HTK and output values #14

Been trying to get Alizé working for the past 2 weeks now. Have installed it on a system with Ubuntu 16.04 and also on a mac with OS Sierra 10.12.5

On both systems tried to get the 01GMM-UBM running, but this is where the issues begin. When Alizé is installed with HTK for the tutorial, we do not get any errors. However, all the values it spits out are similar. When it is installed with SPro 5.0 and SPHERE(Nist 2.6) I get this: "cannot execute binary file bin/sfbcep -m -k 0.97 -p19 -n 24 -r 22 -e -D -A -F SPHERE data/sph/xdsk.sph data"_

Note that the values it spits out are exactly the same as when running it with HTK, where there is no error.

Could you help us out here? Would love to get Alizé working, since there are a lot of positive reactions on it out on the internet.
