82 Create component for dropbox with checkboxes of categories

Summary:

• Created CategoryMenu component and CategoryMenu CSS files
• Created multiselect dropdown that populates category names from the database as checkboxes
• Styled dropdown menu with CSS to match style of submission form and website colors
• Added CategoryMenu component into submission form
• Added space in between table and profileImage in profileinfocard

To Test:

• [ ] Log in with a User
• [ ] Navigate to Submit Location page
• [ ] Clicking on ---select categories--- dropdown should dropdown a panel of categories with checkboxes
• [ ] You should be able to select multiple categories, they will highlight when selected, and unhighlight when deselected
• [ ] ---select categories--- should turn to say the # categories selected, if there are categories selected
• [ ] Clicking categories bar or out of categories panel will close dropdown

Other info:

• Not hooked up to give array of categories id's to form yet, need props or context ?
• This may need extra code when submissions form is sending data to database ?
• I will help Rebecca hook this up to submission form, if necessary ?
