Add CD with Docker #73

Using Docker will:

Reduce building effort and make deployment easier
Ensure a clean environment
Can be used for both CI and deploying on hardware

Proposed CI/CD workflow:

Builds image
Test image
Push image to Docker Hub

=> For testing on RPi: just pull the image and run

Steps to do:

Dockerfile from arm64v8/ros:humble-ros-core
Compose file for multiple tests
