Feature request-

Improve UI in signup, login pages, bottom padding of footer and responsiveness among "compose" button and "ask me anything" search query.

The input fields in signup and login pages are wide spreaded to full width and I would like to fix that to be at centre spanning the width of 4 columns. There is an unnecessary padding at the bottom of the footer and it shall be removed. The "compose" button and "ask me anything" search query are getting coincided when the screen size is between 769px and 990px and it shall be display one below the other for this range also.

WOuld like to use bootstrap columns system to keep the UI neat and clean.
