Updating /dashboard

Feature request-

Update the dashboard UI that displays blogs with respect to their status.

Currently the dashboard UI displays all the blogs. So once the status field has been added to the blogs, will distinguish the blogs as "ALL", "PUBLIC" and "PRIVATE".

The authors will be able to distinguish between their blogs based on the status they have set to.
