In-source build is now explicitly prohibited for CT-HYB (in CMakeLists.txt). This gives a rise to errors in automatic tests with jenkins. What is the proper way to avoid the errors?

Tried an out-of-source build but can't get it to work, it seems. Alex, can you have a look?
