Replaced imshow() in rapidMainWindow.m
Improved the dependency checkers in check_install.m and check_dependencies.m
Added save_dependencylist.m to save dependency list in text format (not mat-file to improve tracking in GIT of dependencies)
Renamed and moved files in install-folder.

@MaximeBaudette sorry didn't see that change, I will combine the improvements with your way of displaying these things and commit it later.
