TaskBar thumbnail flyout white border #153

Hi there, im getting a white border on the flyout when hovering over a taskbar button thumbnail with NoBorderColor enabled. Searched for a corresponding attribute in my custom theme but no success.

interesting. I just tested and this white border appears in only SDR display. the tooltip element is still Win32 so it's obiously Windows's limitation
