Rundll32 of Translucent Flyouts x86 version constantly using little cpu #55

I noticed that the 64bit version has 0 cpu usage and that is something I like the most about this program but the x86 bit uses cpu of 0.1% always. It is a very minor issue but is it a bug?

It is a normal situation, not a bug.
