Auto start and no white border do not work on windows 10

Both of these settings have no effect at all, why is that?

See the white outline in this example. There is an option in ur application that says no white border but it doesn't work

This app only has the ability to decide whether to add an extra border (drop shadow), not the ability to remove the white outline drawn by the system
