How can I make the light mode menus look like dark mode ones?

While being able to make all the dropdown menus transparent, one issue that annoys me is that not all the menus are dark like this:

I tried to make them look the like the dark mode version but it ended up like this:

I don't know how to change the color of the text for light mode menus, can you help me?

I'm sorry I missed this issue, if you want to change the color of the text, the current way is to use a third party theme, there is no other way.
