Description
[When creating units, you go to select a unit template to copy off, but it doesnt show anything, you can select any faction. Then you enable RHS and then you can only select RHS]
Steps to Reproduce
Load with only Alive and cba and try to select a template to copy a unit from (Cant select any)
Start Arma again, this time with RHS enabled aswel and select a unit to take a template from.
You can now select, but only the RHS faction
Expected behavior: [Select any faction and unit to template off]
Actual behavior: [Not able to select any, only RHS when enabled]
