FEATURE REQUEST: more precise OPCOM markers displayed

Instead of displaying "MIL" markers on the map when activated, use specific ones related to placement module shown:

• MIL for military module (current default display for all of them),
• CIV for civilians,
• GAR, for garrison,
• CUS, for custom placement module.
