@gatangen, I think for some of the tests to pass you should rebase with aliver-research/slicer-liver:master. Then you could run the tests locally like ctest -VV to see the outputs, without that I can't say much about why the tests fail. The PRs I've merged lately all pass the tests

I had to delete the github branch as it was corrupted. Uploaded the branch again from my local copy, and made a new pull request: #131
