Contour size in resectogram should be initialized in the resectogram itself (initialization) #208

It seems that default values are placed in the UI for contour size, but the resectogram appears (initially) with value 0.0. The value of the resectogram should be also initialized to the default values to not have a discrepancy between UI and the resectogram2
