Vascular segments volume seletor node can take any type of node #213

This should be restricted only to segmentation nodes

For this problem, I can limit the vtkMRMLNode type to vtkMRMLLabelMapVolumeNode, but there will still have options for liver/tumor/hepatic/portal.
