There have been some conflicts with Qt ui files in #develop when ALive-research/Slicer-Liver#218 was integrated. I have created a new branch with a tentative solution in the #Slicer-Liver:feature/updating_fitting branch.

@dalbenzioG, @RuoyanMeng, please give it a check to that branch to make sure that none of your latest changes was broken by it and let me know how that worked out.
