Add a button to add a whole segmentation to the center line model used for generating the vascular territories.
This will allow creating one or more tumor territories. This is currently possible by adding center lines inside tumors, but this will usually just give lines in the middle of the tumor. Using the tumor boundaries will be a better solution.
