Describe the bug
Sometimes, certain button inputs are ignored, if you press them in morph ball while you're rising in the Air. These include (but may not be limited to) Activating Spider Ball (settings was on hold) and laying Bombs.
To Reproduce
Go in-game, jump, morph, lay a bomb / activate spider.
Expected behavior
The input shouldn't be ignored.

Version: Mint 20.04 [VM], Mint 20.04, Arch

Additional context
For my personal machine it somehow fixed itself after a while. I don't know however know how. On my other test machines at home, it didn't fix itself.
