Describe the bug Rarely, the AM2R window gets moved and changes its position during a screen transition

To Reproduce Go through a room transition, and hope the bug appears.

Expected behavior AM2R should stay where it is

Platform (please complete the following information):

OS: Linux
Version: Mint 20.04 [VM and real hardware], Arch

Game Version: 1.5.2

Additional context I know this is really vague, but I really don't know of any way to repro it. Happens on VM and natively.

This bug is clearly a result of unexpected resolutions/taskbar layouts and the automatic window re-centering from changing aspect ratios mid-game. May need to be moved to the 2.0 display controller rework; further investigation is required to determine that.

For every machine that was tested, no aspect ratio was changed mid-game

Then your video evidence should not be considered, because the aspect ratio was changed in it in order to trigger the screen movement.

Oh, you're right. The video I pulled is indeed normal behavior, from what I can tell, I'll remove that then

Still, for me it happened randomly while staying on the same aspect ratio (tested only on 4:3) and windowed.
