Fullscreen is not working on vertical resolutions #66

Describe the bug On vertical resolutions, attempting to switch to fullscreen will display no/frozen image.

To Reproduce

Have a vertical monitor (or in your display settings, just set it to being rotated)
Go fullscreen

Expected behavior AM2R should still attempt to do a fullscreen to actually display things.

Platform (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows
Version: 10

Game Version: 1.5.2

Since this only seemed to happen, when changing the resolution of the monitor while the game is still running, I'll close this as an unsupported use case.
