Have more options with randomizers

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. People wanted to have different options to randomizers, similar to how other rando's provide.

Describe the solution you'd like Add a menu or a thing in the modifiers.ini file, where you can change randomizer options, stuff like shuffle major items, shuffle minor items, "difficulty" of the randomizer, include walljump in logic, include IBJ in logic etc.

This kind of feature would require a full-scale rewrite of the randomizer and will not be happening anytime soon. May revisit at a future date.
