Update libgit2sharp dependency to v0.29.0 #80

Since opening this issue https://github.com/AM2R-Community-Developers/AM2RLauncher/issues/79 , I noticed that the dependency for libgit2sharp hasn't been updated to the latest version , so I'm hoping this commit will fix the issue.

I'd need to look into the codebase later, whether this affects anything as the releases mention breaking changes to a feature I think we use. I'm also surprised that dependabot didn't open a PR for this. Makes me wonder whether I have it misconfigured.
