[Upstream] dea-tools display_map uses deprecated pyproj Proj and transform #3

Impacts all notebooks

dea-tools is a third party library we include as source in our repository. We should first check if there is a newer version of dea-tools that we could be using where this is fixed. If not, we should open an issue in their repository and reference it here.

CAL is only one release behind. I haven't found any issues in that repository referencing this problem.
