choice of infrastructure #8

The user should be able to choose the infrastructure that will run the application. Technically, this boils down to a drop-down menu showing all applications available in the DB (corresponding to various implementations of the application for different infrastructures)

Dropdown has been implemented, other things can be hooked up in the backend
