neurodev: xnat password update #10

On neurodev, it keeps asking me for my xnat password. I updated my password on xnat and it still fails. On neuro, it seems to work fine.

In catalina, there is a NullPointerException during setPassword() method.

I realized this is because you are working on the external xnat.
