The previous release of the NSG used to have a subject ID column on the data tab. It greatly helps the users in identifying the correct scans. Maybe call the column subject (without ID). The data used to fill the cells should be the value associated with the key 'xnat_subject_label' (subject name assigned by the user), not 'xnat_subject_id' (internal XNAT identifier).
