Patch update request for 10.15.1 #83

Are we gonna die waiting for the patch for 10.15.1? You should make a manual how to upgrade the patch instead of waiting for you. Thanks.

We all are busy and have lives. Patches for AMD are a hobby. They will come when they come. The focus of the developers has also shifted towards OpenCore as it is easier to develop patches for. Backporting to Clover is tedious and takes time.

Patch creation is sophisticated enough that no one has plans to write a guide at this time.

Insults don't get you any further than before. Further behavior like this will not be tolerated.

If you want patches right now, backport them yourself.

Nobody insulted you or offended. If you feel that way, my apologies. It was just a comment. However, your lack of tolerance is a lack respect to the user community. I do not deserve you treat me awful and I hope administrators take action on it. Regards. Have a nice day.

However, your lack of tolerance is a lack respect to the [...] community.

Ironic.

Are we gonna die waiting

Nobody here is entitled to create kernel patches. Nobody is paid for doing so. Everyone that does work on them does so in his free time, out of free will, because (s)he wants to do so, and none of those people owe you anything.

You should be thankful to the people who spend time they could spend with their family or friends making not just these kernel patches, but any open source project you use, rather than sending them entitled demands.

Also porting them to the new version is not easy. We already have a lot of beta patches but none of them works. Do not think it is easy for devs

You guys are now judging me and crucifying me like the humanity did with Jesus? I made a simple funny question and asked for a solution and it was misunderstood. I also apologised and still look like I am the worse. I understand it takes time, for that reason I just wanted to get direction where to start creating my own. I guess human being always be that way, waiting for the fallen tree to give a pat on the back like you guys are doing to me. Fortunately, I will order a real mac soon since I can afford one. The show must go on… Thanks.

You seem to have a weird sense of humour. Your "funny" question didn't come off as funny, but as entitled. That's the reason people are against you here, not because you asked a question. If you look at other issues on here you can see how to ask a question like this properly, and you will also see that those issues receive a proper response. Don't even dare comparing yourself to Jesus, because you seem to have nothing in common.

If you would be able to update the patches, you wouldn't need to have it explained to you.
