[Req] Partition info in "GPU Utilization by Node" #131

Just an idea, and not sure if it's a good one, but it may be useful to also include the Partition field in the "GPU Utilization by Node" panel in the rms-global dashboard

In heterogeneous (GPU) clusters it may be helpful to remind users which partition each node belongs to.
