Dont work anymore #10

I'm trying to decrypt the languagedata_sp.loc (Spain) and dont work, TXT is empty. I tried with CMD and with Powershell, and nothing. I think is something of Spain Localization, because i tried other tools and have the same problem ... because i think use your libraries ...

Worked with Powershell in Admin Mode, but the txt have only 696k strings, is there some problem? Because example in english are 736k strings ...
