No option to not record at all at sunrise and/or sunset

Good to have an option to toggle on and off whether you want to record at sunrise/set or not o Put code in determine_times script  E.g. If don’t want to record at sunrise, then don’t bother calculating sunrise schedule at all

Need to make sure it still deletes the old jobs So need to make new function which contains the code for deleting jobs, so can just run this function if the user doesn’t want to record at sunrise/set

• Added new variables to system_config.JSON so user can toggle recording at sunrise/set on and off
• Add to determine_times_birdpi.py - it only calculates start and end times for sunrise and sunset recording if user wants to record at each of these. Also only updates cronjobs if user wants to record at sunrise/set. If user doesn't want to record at sunrise/set, then it runs the delete_job_birds() function to remove any existing jobs
• Defined new function 'delete_job_birds' in functions.py, which determine_times_birdpi.py uses to delete morning/evening jobs if user doesn't want to record at sunrise/set.
