Need to update environment variables in CircleCI Account.

This will require stack redeployment. IE Downtime

This was kind of fixed with PR #14. However there was another mis-typed variable in prod for STACK_NAME. So lets also decouple env from stack name and pass them in as seperate to the cloudformation command.
