Create documentation for how to contribute #11

@lordmuffin reminding you of this. Do we still want to do this for v1?

@ajack764 Yes. This doesn't have to be complex, a couple lines in a Readme.md is more than enough to describe a contribution process. I will look for some examples of this that we can use.

Otherwise if we dont do this for V1 we need to make sure we dont reference GitHub or our OpenSource'ness until we have that documentation in place. I would just prefer do it and have it done.
