Have just amonpy path declared in .bash_profile by user
install all modules including stuff in ops (won't need any more sys.path then)
have path to write logs and data
Cleanup the rest of the code with updated setup.py
take out all sys.path's
remove all hard coded paths
read passwwords and users from netrc
Have all stuff like logs and data written outside source code
