When compiling for wireshark version2 there are some compiler-warnings. All of them should be fixed. As a result the plugin must compile without any errors/warnings for both wireshark version 1 and 2.

Version 2.0.x and 2.1.x also show different functions. Also minor version has to be checked to compile.
