Render the totals row last on the Chart Table #731

Current behavior

As a user When I view the chart table on the individual chart page And I sort rows by network name Then the totals row is also sorted by name (TOTALS is the network name)

Expected behavior

As a user When I view the chart table on the individual chart page And I sort rows by network name Then the totals row is still displayed last
