Detect zip file that does not have the corresponding `QQC` output. #22

It's difficult to track the zip files that failed QQC process before completion. The final QQC summary files nor email reports are created. One has to go through the QQC cronjob log to find these cases.

These failures must be documented or reported daily.

Nick's code searches for all the available zip files, therefore it's already creating database even for those failed QQC.
