New function to extract missing information and timepoint from REDCap

This PR includes the following updates

• other_files column to show only the zip files rather than including all files.
• expected_mri_path column is added (which is now used as the input to Owen's check_when_transferred function)
• check_when_transferred function simplified
• extract_missing_data_info_new is replacing extract_missing_data_information. The new function converts the REDCap json structure to pandas dataframe for easier handling and only extracts chrmiss_domain_type___3 while ignoring other columns. Need Owen and Nick's review if chrmiss_domain_type___3 would be enough to catch missing MRI data.
