I realized different information was scattered in different dataframes along the MRI data tracking pipeline. As shown in the figure below, the data tracking pipelines could be categorized into two input types.
1) zip files and
2) run sheets.
This PR creates the mri_all_db.csv, highlighted as the green database in the figure, and can be used in gspread and dpdash pipelines.
