Revise Penn CNB data tracker #102

Criteria:

Each interview session will have:

  1. one of SPLLT-* or *_SPLLT*
  2. and one *_NOSPLLT_*

If that is not the case, we should show the number of #1 and number of #2 in data flow CSV files.
