To me, it looks like that TinyProfiler+CUPTI has been broken for one year (https://github.com/AMReX-Codes/amrex/pull/3190 didn't update CUPTI from it-> to allprocstat.). If nobody uses it (please correct me if that's not the case), then TinyProfiler can be cleaned up by removing CUPTI.
