Fix tiling bug in BDS::ComputeConc() #91

I had a thought that it might be a little easier to read the code with sedgex_tmp, sedgey_tmp, etc instead of just edge_tmp. Of course, I may be missing something about the general applicability of edge_tmp. Overall, impressive bug squashing! :muscle:
