SUNDIALS v7.1.0 or greater is needed to support our interface (v7.1.1 is the latest)
However v.7.1.0 is not posted on the website yet so I have also included alternative instructions that involve cloning the SUNDIALS git repo directly. As of 7/15/24 the main branch is the 7.1.1 tag.
I verified these instructions work with the amrex-tutorial for FE and RK4 via the ERK interface.
